New Ikei Performance Warrior Fitness Workout Featured on 3TV




Ikei Performance was once again featured on 3TV. Our new Warrior Fitness Workout Classes has been launched and the buzz is starting to catch on. Beverly Kidd of 3TV aired the segment last night on their Wednesday Weight Loss segment.

You don’t have to be a Professional Athlete to train at Ikei Performance, you just need to have the heart and discipline of an athlete to challenge yourself to get better and make a lifestyle change. Our Warrior Fitness Workout Program is a fun and exciting way to lose weight and get in shape. We broke the mold of traditional fitness training and incorporated a mix of weight training, strongman training, athletic conditioning, plyometrics and more. Try flipping large tractor tires, dragging and pushing sleds, tossing heavy medicine balls, lifting sandbags, performing athletic agility movements, sprinting, jumping…the list goes on. Each day is something different and at the end of the workout you will feel a sense of accomplishment, not to mention exhausted.

Don’t be intimidated, classes are designed to fit each individual’s fitness level. “It’s not where you start that matters it’s where you finish,” so even if you are a beginner the objective is to finish with accomplishing your very own fitness goals.

The Ikei Performance Warrior Fitness Workout Classes are 30 minute sessions being offered Monday-Friday with morning classes at 6:30-7:00, 8:45-9:15 and evening class at 5:30-6:00. We will also be offering a Saturday morning class at 8:45-9:15. Classes are open to everyone but limited to 12 participants per class and our Monday-Friday morning 8:45-9:15 classes are exclusively for women.
